I'm a librarian with an interest in the future of library service and the profession. Presenting new ideas and actionable how-tos is my jam, and I'm available for hire as a trainer, speaker, and consultant. We might have met via the Maryland Library Leadership Institute, which I facilitate. After working for state, public, and academic libraries, I'm passionate about the potential our services have to grow and evolve. 🏳️🌈
